This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared by Au Pair Weekend (“APW”). Please note, APW does not sell any of the information that is collected or stored.
Personal information we collect
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. When we talk about “the Site”, we are referencing any pages and/or content published by Au Pair Weekend, including aupairclasses.org (“the Website”), Wix, search engine (Google ads/landing pages or Bing ads/landing pages), blog posts, pages created in Webconnex products, social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, etc.), and Hubspot. (This list may not be all inclusive and may be changed or updated at any time) When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We use the Form Information and Order Information that we collect generally for communication or to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

When you fill out a form or place an order through the Site, we reserve the right to maintain your Form Information and your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
