  • Can I pay by phone or check?
    No, all registrations are done online through our secure registration system. You will need a credit card and valid email address. Click here to find the city and date that works for you.
  • Is airfare or housing included in the cost?
    No, it is not included. You are responsible for getting yourself to your course. We recommend connecting with other au pairs in the course to find and share housing for the weekend.
  • How can I get a refund?
    If it is at least three weeks before the course start date, contact your program coordinator to get a refund. There is a $50 cancellation fee. You can read our refund and cancellation policies on our policies page.
  • I signed up for the class but I can't make it that weekend, can I take the class another time?"
    We have currently waived all switch fees. You may switch to a different weekend course or to the online classes without having to pay a fee. You may also request a voucher for the full amount paid to be used towards a future course. Yes, you can. There is a $25 charge to switch to a different weekend if the request is made at least one month before class. Requests to switch weekends less than one month before a weekend class will be assessed a late switch fee of $100. Switching is based on space availability and students are not guaranteed a spot in a specific future class.
  • When will I know if a spot becomes available for me in the course I’m on the waitlist for?
